Where our team identifies existing damage, weakness, or another concern that does not appear to have been caused by GoMovers, we may document the condition and contact the customer or authorised representative before continuing.
Such records may be shared with the customer, authorised representatives, relevant staff, service partners, insurers, professional advisers, or authorities where reasonably necessary.
We will not ordinarily publish identifiable photographs or videos of a customer’s home, business premises, personal belongings, employees, family members, or other individuals for advertising or social-media marketing without appropriate permission.
Customers should avoid including unrelated confidential information, identity documents, financial records, or other unnecessary personal data in photographs or videos.
Quotations, Bookings, Payments, and Material Returns
