Scope
Service type, volume, locations, timing and agreed responsibilities.
Project library
We document the scope, constraints, plan and result of selected moving and logistics work. Customer names, addresses and identifying details are shared only with permission.
What you will see
Each published case study will explain what had to be done, how the team prepared, what changed on site and how the job was handed over.
Service type, volume, locations, timing and agreed responsibilities.
Access, lift bookings, loading rules, fragile goods, live operations or tight deadlines.
Manpower, vehicles, protection, sequence, inventory handling and communication.
What was completed, how it was handed over and the practical outcome for the customer.

Selected work · Singapore
Client and address withheld. The supplied project photographs show a controlled sequence from an empty prepared truck to protected equipment and boxed items secured for transport.
Furniture handling · Singapore
A move does not finish at the vehicle door. These project images show furniture being dismantled, handled through the site and assembled or positioned in the destination room.

Special handling · Singapore
Client and address withheld. These original project photographs show an upright piano being assessed and protected before handling. The exact access, dimensions and equipment requirements are confirmed before specialist-item work is accepted.
Project categories
Selected original photographs now make the library more credible. New work can be added category by category after client permission and privacy checks.
HDB, condominium, landed home, room and single-item moves.
Offices, retail units, light industrial premises and internal transfers.

Receiving, putaway, FIFO, pick-and-pack, dispatch and returns.
Approved non-hazardous clearance with practical reuse and donation routing where suitable.
B2B and B2C deliveries, retail replenishment, kitting and project transport.
Cleaning, touch-up and reinstatement coordination through suitable partners where agreed.
Build the proof library
For future case studies, capture 6–12 original photos per job: before work, access conditions, protection or packing, team at work, vehicle or warehouse activity and final handover. Remove faces, unit numbers, labels and documents unless permission is confirmed.
